Anyone moving to a new home, expects to be met by a safe and functional environment.
Haymills work closely with clients to establish a Void standard for homes which they expect that all new residents will enjoy. That standard will be achieved and made available to residents as early as possible, through liaison between the client, our Voids supervisor and on occasion the new resident themselves.
Our Void teams are dedicated to managing and turning the properties from Void to Occupied as quickly as possible. We currently estimate approx 5 days, from receipt of keys to handing the keys back to the client.
This is possible in most cases, where our supervisor gets access to the property as soon as it becomes known that the present resident is moving on. Having multi-skilled operatives on site, also helps to reduce the turnaround time.
